Often ones who yell “bigot” themselves are bigots. Often those who yell “racist” themselves are racist. Such is the case with the system of discrimination known as affirmative action. Affirmative action is a perfect example of why a multicultural society is more difficult to manage than a homogeneous one. First of all, it is increasing the size of the government just to create the program. Secondly, the civil rights act provides complete “equality” to Blacks; therefore the program is a result of a group of people attempting to be promoted beyond their own merits. Not hiring the best people has the result of poorer performances which have pragmatic consequences that negatively effect society. In addition, it is not very fair to the more qualified people who are passed over. Last of all, proponents of this theory claim to be fighting racism, but the “racism” that supposedly needs to be fought could not exist without diversity.

The root of the problem is that without understanding the biological differences between the races, white oppression is blamed. If blacks are not to be blamed for their own failures, the next step is to blame whites. This is inconsistent with the facts. Blacks have, in every way, been advanced ever since the 1960's, rather than discriminated against. What about East Asians? If society was bigoted and oppressed the others, being racially variant, East Asians would be facing similar problems as Blacks. But they are not, instead they are prospering.

Does giving people an unfair boost really benefit them? Does rewarding people for being less qualified really help their own development? A legitimate argument could be made that affirmative action cripples the black work ethic. Without a sense of responsibility, blacks are unlikely to mature as a community.

Anyone who notices the flaws in the bigotry of affirmative action is labeled a racist by the left-wing power structure. But anyone strong enough to resist this should be starting to ask tough questions. One of these questions is whether diversity really a strength. Does it strengthen the economy, increase work performances, cut down crime, alleviate tension, or anything of that nature? Is there a benefit to becoming a nation of squabbling minorities? Affirmative Action is a perfect example of that type of nation.

Liberals are forever calling conservatives 'racist' and 'fascist', but any analysis of policy will reveal that the liberal left are the most racist and facsist of all those on the west's political landscape.

Thats because all people need to make it on their own merits. Having the way paved for one group at the expense of another is always a good way to breed hate and dissension.

Political correctness is a religion, followed with the same dogmatic intensity as a religion.  No liberal can explain to you why "diversity is good."  It has some intrinsic value.  But does it strengthen the economy, help the linguistic unification of a country, cut down crime, etc?  No.  There is no concrete, pragmatic, and external (and therefore rational) benefit to diversity.

This new 'religion' has pillars or 'sacred cows', too: Diversity, gay rights, politically correct expression, abortion on demand and disarmament of the population. Anyone who dissents is shunned and destroyed.

As a leading New York City Negro-ologist let me spread some light on the subject. The species 'africanus criminalis' is an evolunitionary dead end. It was not proper to taked the creature away from their jungle habitats and try to civilize them. What once looked like a good idea to white slave owners to use the primitives as workers turned into a nightmare. After attempting to teach africanus the most simple of tasks it was found that the species could grasp simple concepts, such as taking the seed out of the cotton ball that was picked, hence cotton gin was invented, since the darkies were too behind in the evoluntionary scale to master this tasks. Slavery would have ended very shortly after 1870, it did not take a civil war to free the darkies. The slave owners would have let them go because of the hopelessness of getting any kind of quality work out of them. The slave owner was strapped with the initial price of this useless machine, the cost of food and clothing as well as the lodging for these poor creatures, We now are stuck with a massive amount of these creatures who cannot function in a working society. In New York City, they want to increase the high school graduation date to seven years due to fact that the darkies can't pass in four years. We have lowered the standards for the police, the fire dept and, take a look at the post office. I don't mind giving these creatures medical degrees or any kind of degrees as long they are only allowed to deal with fellow blacks and liberals. Why bother to send them to school. In the company I work for the only darkies there are the Director of Minority Interaction, Vice President of Diversity, Vice President of Minority Communications and Administrator of Black Charities. We no longer are forced to hire blacks since we have asians and hispanics to fill the quotas that are set forht by the federal government. You must remember that ALL non white people are covered by the 1965 'no white need apply act'. One strange quirk is , that the companies will hire people from Spain, since they are considered hispanic by federal law. At least they are European and are not violent prone or constantly high on drugs and booze.

Yes that is sad how standards are being changed to make the religion of multicuturalism appear to be working.  If blacks aren't qualified, the standards are simply lowered.
