Republicans are in control of both the House and the Senate and the Republican party won the presidency. Why is Obamacare and so many other liberal policies still in place?

Why isn’t there a wall at our borders? Why are the heads of the IRS who targeted conservatives still in place? Why is Iran still building nuclear weapons? Why is Israel still being pressured to make a “two-state solution” with Muslim terrorists? Why is Washington still pushing homosexual agendas on the entire population? The list goes on and on.

The biggest reason is because the Republican party has become the same as the Democrat party and many conservatives have lost their morals, ethics, and will to stand for anything.

Why on earth did so-called conservatives vote for a man who not only supported and donated to Hillary Clinton but invited both Bill and Hillary Clinton to his wedding? They couldn’t see the writing on the wall? Wasn’t it obvious when Trump defended Planned Parenthood and transgender bathrooms? Wasn’t it obvious when he’s holding up a book he wrote about making deals? Isn’t that what phony RINO’s did – make lots of deals?

Sen. Dean Heller (R-NV) tries to redefine conservatism in re-election bid

Thanks to Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and Paul Ryan the 2016 election proved one indisputable fact—conservatives are no longer represented by the Republican party, even though the public views Republican deeds as conservative due to the lie pushed by the two-party machine that politics is a binary choice between Democrats and Republicans.

This toe-may-toe / toe-mah-toe viewpoint of the GOP was confirmed in a study released last week that showed how Trumplicanism has replaced conservatism within the GOP establishment. As a result, conservatives have essentially become lost souls trapped in a Republican body.

So, what does this faux conservatism look like? Consider the latest exhibit entered into evidence, Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) who reminded his constituents in a town hall meeting earlier this week that he’s a conservative because he quotes Ronald Reagan a lot.

No, really, he did.

However, Heller’s braggadocio about his conservative credentials kind of jumped the rails when he defended infanticide and the harvesting of baby body parts as he promised to protect Planned Parenthood and the millions in federal dollars they receive.

Heller’s pro-abortion position isn’t new to the Senator from the same State that gave America Harry Reid. Heller said in a 2006 interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal that a woman’s right to choose to murder her unborn child was “the conservative position.”

There’s nothing “conservative” about Senator Heller’s position regarding the issue of life. As Ronald Reagan—the guy Heller quotes to prove he’s a conservative—once said, “All of our other God-given rights are sort of a moot point if you don’t have the right to life.”

• Voted for the Gang of 8 amnesty legislation.
• Failed to oppose federal government land grabs
• Voted against declaring President Obama’s executive amnesty unconstitutional
• Voted to increase the size of government by supporting Obama’s $1.1 trillion omnibus spending budget in 2015.

It’s plain to see that Heller’s voting record is full of GOP establishment-approved issues, so it’s a given that he’ll enjoy the full support of the Trumplican leadership, proving once again that the GOP is not the home of conservatives any longer.
