Nope, that won't be open Sunday. It got to either be outside or a nice spot is in the Library building's basement which I think is open on Sunday.

Queens or Manhattan works...Manhattan is most accessible because every train goes to Penn Station..or if you are in Queens or Brooklyn (or Bronx) every subway pretty much goes there. The best time to meet would be after everyone is done with work or school on a weekday or on a Sunday or a Saturday near a religious Jew's home town..

I like Manhattan. It's in the center. To go to Queens from Brooklyn is 2 hours. But to Manhattan it's only 45min -1 hour. And from Queens to Manhattan is also like an hour.
