Hello and Greetings from Portugal. I found out this forum recently due to the links that came from this forum that appeared in my webpage dedicated to french thinker Guillaume Faye. I have to say I am not jewish, and have no jewish friends (so far as I know), and I'm not pro-jewish, but for my own people. I define myself as an european Identitarian, or in other words, more than a nationalist, I defend and promote above all (since I am an european) the european right to preserve their own identity, being it in its ethinc or cultural form. I reconize this very same right to all other people of the globe. Personally I belive that Zionism defends that same thing, and for that reason I look at zionism as the healthiest political way for the jewish people. Lets say that my opinions are not so wellcome in some "nationalist" circles in Portugal and in Europe, who still look at jews as evil creatures and denounce paradoxically zionism (nationalism of jewish people) to hide their neurosis against jews.

Finally, just to say that I really share something in common with you, and that is my deepest disdain for Islam and islamist, even if they are yet a small minority in my Country. We, portuguese, have an history of fighting against islam. It took us 500 years to expell that filthy scum out of out land in a process we called Reconquista, and we, identitarians, are commited to do a new Reconquista if necessary, and I do belive that it will be necessary in the near future.

I am, just like Faye, paneuropean, but I do not support this economical union, that is promoting the destruction of waht they say to defend; Europe. As fot the €, I have nothing against it, it solved many problems when one have to travel. But it ressembles the Muslim Moon in fact, but in religious maters allow me to say that Faye is a european pagan and in last book La nouvelle question Juive is says that as pagan as nothing against judaism, but cant say the same for christianity and islam.

I, of course, otherwise I wasn't writing here, suport this last view. Israel should remain, not only for the reason above mentioned, but also because Jews have the right to have a nation, a national state, preferably a real zionist one.

Eurovax, what is the situation in portugal? What is the governments' position in regards to Islam, whats the streets opinion? How strong are the Muslims?

Over here, the situation is becoming worse every day. Our government, a socialist one, promotes of course the multiculturalist speech, and regardless Islam they say that is a religion of tolerance and should be respected. There are about 60 000 to 100 000 Muslims in Portugal, and growing in numbers fast. They have some mosques and divulge their propaganda about how Islam is the religion of peace.

The portuguese people has no opinion about Islam, but regard arabs with some simpaty because our left wing teachers say at schools and universities that portuguese people also have arab blood due to 500 years of muslim occupation of our territory, something that is a blatant lie.
