Ben's Best in Rego Park, Queens.  The best kosher deli in New York!!

I've never tried Ben's Best, but have wanted too.  I've driven past it a number of times.  I've tried Ben's deli though.  Great matzo ball soup.  Also used to go to Katz's in the city every once in a while when I had a few friends that went to NYU.

My favorite one is in Melbourne its called Greco's very nice, great food and wine, very nice waiters  ^-^

Pano's- its greek, excellent mousaka, excellent baklava, excellent ouzo.....and yes skippy excellent waiters ^-^ lol.

It's one of my favorite horror films, albeit one of the few horror films I have seen in the last 5 or so years.  I liked Hostel too, but still haven't seen the second one.

As far as here in Detroit, I would probably say Jerusalem Pizza (and yes, every kosher pizza place today is called "Jerusalem Pizza," I don't know why).

That depends my friend.  There are a few of them.  I usually go to the one on the Island, but sometimes in Queens.  They're 7 in all, with 1 actually down in Florida.
