LOL.
I'll stick to my bollywood dancing, since I don't have to move my hips as much.

I would love to do that it looks so much fun  :)
It is, but like Lisa's bellydancing series, the bollywood dancing hurt my ankles the first times. My feet got tired from it.
I wish I could do bellydancing.

If you were closer I would teach you, but since men have access to this area, I can't talk much about it. But I will encourge you to go to a class, if they are having fun then great join it, but if it is very strict, then no, it is about enjoying yourself for who you are  :)

The workouts I have found to me the least jarring, yet the most challenging are OLD Firm workouts (I think pre-1985).  Doing one of those videos is like taking a challenging, uninterrupted exercise at a gym.

Belly Dancing

Not in the presence of men because it is extremely immodest.

:::D I mean in classes its only women there  ;D

Still thats pretty embarrassing!  ;D

No its not Sarah the women are of all ages I am the youngest at 33 and they go up from there, we talk, dance, have a great time and get fit. I have lost 3 inches off my waist, and toned my body.

Its all about being women, no one is negative at all. Sometimes we laugh too much  ;)

Still, it is dancing. Maybe it's just me. :o

Ice-skating, actually is quite physically demanding but fun as well.

Dancing is not evil. Its an expression of who you are. Being yourself my dear Sarah is never wrong.  :)

Then I guess dancing is not being myself, since i feel immensely uncomfortable when people start dancing and asking me to, at parties or anything. It's still fun to watch though. :)

Have you ever tried any other types of Dance?

Oh Sarah you miss understand me, when I talk of dancing I do not mean being a preforming seal in front of strangers, I am solely talking about the act as in the movement and spirit behind it.

Yes I used to ball room dance, I folk dance - Italian and Russian. I can dance many native dances of the Cook Islands.

OK, I'm going to make a confession...

I always say I HATE dancing...but I dance "The Thriller" when I hear the song.  :-[
(and the "Time Warp" too)

Ah it feels good to get this off my chest.

 ;D  ;D

That is sweet.
