Why do blacks wear Do-rags?

The old Italian men in my neighborhood use those kinda rags as a hanky to blow their nose lol

I dunno, I don't understand though how every other ethnicity has an equal amount of diversity in hobbies/interests/styles but most black people seem to wanna stick to the norm. Those who don't are called "white," its sickening.
