Evil people can sometimes seem to have a glow around them, a charisma, and what seems like (but is not) a divine purpose.

I think this is a demonic sort of light and can mislead many people.

Even though we're smarter than that and don't fall for it (thank God), many Obama supporters seem to see Obama as a messiah-like figure. They see a sort of glow around him when he speaks and are completely enthralled. A similar "glow" enveloped other evil leaders through history where the charismatic leader enthralled people and inspired them to evil, making them believe they were righteous.

But what if you'd just  show the pictures with no context or name, would you still say they aren't that beautiful or even that they must be evil ?

 Honestly I was just wondering the exact same thing. It could be perception, but still their is something I believe when one sees people randomly, that we can tell on a certain level what type of people they are.
 And generally bad people, and bad deeds produce dark faces (I dont mean that as the skin color, but the glow), and good people have a certain shine to them, some more then others, some less, etc.

I think that perhaps G-d gave some Nazis, like Riefenstahl and Anna Baltzer, good looks as a test to us--and, in particular, men. Will we enable ourselves, in our lustful ways, to be seduced by these demonesses?

Regarding Queen Rania and Asma Assad, remember these are rich women who can afford the best hairdressers, makeup artists, and designer wardrobes.  Asma Assad doesn't look especially thin that picture either.  And while Queen Rania is thin, who knows what she really looks like without her makeup and her hair done. 

When I was in college a friend of mine had this book called Scavullo On Women.  The book consisted of photos of famous women taken by the late photographer Francesco Scavullo (who photographed many magazine covers for Cosmopolitan).  Anyway, this book had before and after photos of each of the women.  The before photos were taken in black and white.  The women had no makeup on, and their hair was not done up at all.  The after photos showed them with their hair and makeup in full color.  And no doubt for the after photos, Scavullo must have also used appropriate lighting. 

Needless to say, the pictures were like night and day.

Evil comes in all shapes and sizes.
Sometimes it is very hard to spot by just looking at a person.
My Mother always tells me - You have to eat a sack of salt with someone before you truly know them.

What can you tell from outward appearance?

 Truthfully a lot, if you know how to look. The physical body and appearance is a reflection of the soul. The body is like a clothing that covers the soul, and just as one has a coat that fits the body, one has a body that fits and reflects the soul. (But beauty is not always in the way we look at it, or the way we were made to see what is beauitiful or not, their is a higher beauty, that we can percieve a little if we know how to look- and that is the light or auro that comes from a person- a certain glow or charm, and also the face. Their are those who can see much much more, but even the things that I said is not that hard for an average person like you and me to see.
