Some information on Why Obama is not eligible to be president.

It seems the GOP might be scared to touch this.... but in a just world... he wouldnt even be running, here is some of the info:

In marrying Lee Soetero, Barck and Ann had to give up their U.S. passport under Indonesian Law.

The law changed on Nov 21, 2006, in which finally you could hold an indonesia citizenship and U.S. citizenship. Prior to this, you could only be an Indonesia citizen, which Obama and his mother were in marrying her husband and taking his last name.
She could not marry him and use his last name without becoming an indonesian citizen.

It is constitutionally impossible in the Indonesia code to be a U.S. Citizen and Indonesia Citizen prior to 2006. It is also constitutionally impossible under Indonesian code to be married to an Indonesia in Indonesia, take his last name, and still have a U.S. citizenship.

So according to the facts, Obama gave up his citizenship and cannot become president.

I wonder if the GOP will even touch this... or are they just too weak and PC.
