Din,
Some things to consider....
If one is born in the USA, then that person is a citizen...it does not matter if one is white, black or asian or hispanic....or Jewish. If one is born here then they are not a "guest."
According to the Bible...the Jews living in America are here as part of the Diaspora. The Diaspora is punishment. It doesn't matter if they are citizens or not. It doesn't matter if they are "guests" or not
This is particularly true, since as you know, Jews funded the American Revolution against Great Britain.
The French claim that they funded the Revolution too. So are all French really Americans now?
As to your assertions that the USA was a "White Christian Nation" to begin with...it is true that a majority of the founding fathers were christians. And they were white. But there WERE those who were Deists and even atheists.
All of the founders of America agreed that this was a Christian Nation and that it would have to remain Christian in order to survive as the founders intended. All of the founders were White. If some of them happened to be Deists or Athiests that didn't change the fact that the National Origin of the country is predominantly White European Christian.
BTW - You are undermining the nation with this argument. Which goes back to my original point...Jewish perspective undermines the identity of our nation.
Something else to consider...all the original Christians WERE Jews.
and absolutely none of them were alive to see the Constitution get signed.
The only reason it quit being a Jewish sect and became something else is because certain Gentiles, when accepting that Jesus was the Messiah, decided that it was ok to NOT be Jewish (Also due to the Apostle Paul), and to go ahead and incorporate their own pagan practices into their new faith. (To be fair, the Apostle Paul did not advocate any pagan practices.)
Again, this is your Jewish Perspective and it also undermines our Christian Identity.
The Roman Catholic Church changed the Jewish sect of Nazarines into an unrecognizable new religion.
Now you are bringing the Catholic Church into a discussion about America...This nation was founded by Protestants that disagreed with the Catholic Church vehemently. Catholicism also undermines the unique identity of this nation...
The point is, you wouldn't have Christianity without the Jews. You wouldn't have Jesus without the Jews. You wouldn't have America as it is known today without the Jews.
Totally agree
And if you claim to be a Christian...then race has no bearing whatsoever. In fact according to the Apostle Paul, if one is a believer in Jesus...there is supposed to be no longer Jew nor Greek. Correct? They are all supposed to be one in the faith.
That seems to me that if there is no longer Jew nor Greek, then there is also neither black nor White. Or any other color you might happen to focus upon.
Race has nothing to do with accepting Hashem or Christianity...BUT RACE DOES HAVE TO DO WITH WHAT CONSITUTES A NATION...otherwise...anybody could live in Israel...it wouldn't just be for the Jews....Christian White Gentiles could start moving there by the thousands and nothing would be different according to your logic.
I would also tend to think that the posts by yourself AND Chaimfan do not show much of the "love of Christ" that many Christians believe they should have. You both are cussing each other out and stuff. Doesn't seem right to me.
Again, you use your Jewish perspective to tell me what the "love of Christ" is when you don't even believe in Christ.
Why should I listen to you? Don't you see...that we have vastly different world views? The only thing we agree on is that Israel is for the Jews. Israel is given to the Jews by Hashem.
If you were living in the promised then we could have a disagreement and still be allies because we BOTH support Israel. But since you are still living in Diaspora, your contrary opinions and beliefs are a threat to me and my nation.
