It's quite possible that she came from the former Soviet Union. They had a decent size population of blonds. Many of the Jews from the former Soviet Union probably have a Russian name. Could Kristian be a Russian name?

If she is indeed Russian, then she was born to Russian immigrants to Israel. Her accent is Israeli. You can tell the difference between those who are born in Israel and those who are Russian immigrants.

She does not sound Russian at all.
