WikiLeaks: al-Qaeda 'is planning a dirty bomb'
« on: February 02, 2011, 06:38:50 AM »
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/wikileaks/8296956/WikiLeaks-al-Qaeda-is-planning-a-dirty-bomb.html

Al-Qaeda is actively tring to secure nuclear material and recruiting rogue scientists to build a radioactive "dirty" bomb, according to leaked diplomatic documents.

A leading atomic regulator has privately warned that the world stands on the brink of a "nuclear 9/11".

Security briefings suggest that jihadi groups are also close to producing "workable and efficient" biological and chemical weapons that could kill thousands if unleashed in attacks on the West.

Thousands of classified American cables obtained by the WikiLeaks website and passed to The Daily Telegraph detail the international struggle to stop the spread of weapons-grade nuclear, chemical and biological material around the globe.

At a Nato meeting in January 2009, security chiefs briefed member states that al-Qaeda was plotting a programme of "dirty radioactive IEDs", makeshift nuclear roadside bombs that could be used against British troops in Afghanistan.

Everyone pray that their attempts at this will be unsuccessful, and they will be captured.

I highly doubt they will try a "Dirty bomb", its to messy to assemble and transport. I think they will use a real atomic bomb. They can obtain them from Pakistan, after all Pakistan said their atomic bombs are ISLAMIC nuclear bombs to defend the muslim ummah. Pakistan has miniaturised their nuclear weapons and all they have to do is pass to Al Qaeda. This of course is relatuvely simple because the ISI and Al Qaeda are essentially one and the same.

The world should make it clear that if such a plot takes place then Islamabad, Karachi, Tehran, Medina and Mecca will become craters in the ground.

US State Department should stop restraining India and Israel.

Forgot to add that the USA will continute restraining both countries as long as they are recipients of foreign aid. All foreign aid should be stopped!!!
