I am a suspect of defamatory speech/discrimination of things I have said in the Geert Wilders documentary.
I have to go to the police station for questioning and then the public prosecutor will have to decide if I will be prosecuted or not.

Robert, please keep us updated as much as possible ( based on what's in your best interest from a legal standpoint ). I'm definitely concerned about this. This is very upsetting. Free speech is a hallmark of a free society. It is hard to believe that there are people living in countries where their freedoms are not protected. I cannot imagine what terrible charges would be leveled against me if my freedom of speech were curtailed.

I suggest getting a good lawyer and possibly think about moving out of the Netherlands...

First I have to see if they go through on the case and if they do I will probably just go for some crappy pro deo lawyer. If you look at the Geert Wilders case, he has the best lawyer in the Netherlands and even he is having the hardest time getting him acquitted. I don't think a good or bad lawyer is going to make that much of a difference because eventually the judge(s) will have to decide and they can practically do whatever they want.

There is no justice in the judicial system. It is just a game of chess inbetween the rules of law and has nothing to do with justice.

Thank you all for your kind words, it is very much appreciated. I spoke to the police officer who send me the letter yesterday, but he didn't really knew that much about the 'case' yet. He said someone filed a complaint upon things I have said in the documentary, and now I have to come for questioning. I don't know who filed the complaint and what the exact things are that are supposedly discriminatory; I will hopefully hear that monday when I go talk to the police.

I hope it all just ends up to nothing which might as well be, but it is sickening that I have to come for questioning altogether when rapists, loverboys, pimps and female slavetraders walk free.

I wonder if and when Geert becomes PM that he will put a stop to this. It would be an incredible statement throughout Europe, that Islam is no longer above free speech. My prayers are with you.
