The other point is that the they are apparently still smarter than the average person in any other country. It's amusing, but I won't say that I agree with the message of it.

Sheesh, I don't get this strong reaction. (Ashkenazi) Jews have about a 15 point higher average IQ (the operative word here is "average": I, personally, might have an IQ of 70, for all I know). It's a fact; it's not a value judgment. You could Google this, if you don't believe me. So the probability is very high that if a Jew immigrates into a country, the average IQ will be raised. It is not racism to say this, but a simple law of averages.
