Huckabee endorses Romney!

Two sinking boats going together, sink together.

Well the alternative might well be  our sitting president.

But the real problem is finding a really winning GOP candidate.

As per the normal ethics Michelle Bachmann was certainly better than Cain2012, but she seems to have lost the ground.

A winning ticket in most cases is not one conservatives are going to jump for joy over... The problem being that in order to win in the general election moderates from both parties have to be in the voting mix... This is why people like Romney who are moderates in their positions have the best chance for success in a general election...  Bachmann may have policy that conservatives like and could even do well party wise however in a general election she has little chance of doing well... Her policy may be very good but when she starts to speak she often sounds like a nagging wife... This is something that will doom her with a great deal of men voters... As for Cain I never considered him presidential material... He would have made a good VP or administration official however even early on it was plain to see he didn't have all the skills needed to be the head man.

When it comes down to it, all of the GOP candidates suck.

Therefore, our goal for this election is for Obama to lose.  This means to to stand behind pretty much whomever wins the GOP primaries.

Out of the bunch, Bachmann has views that we like the most.  However realistically, doesn't seem to have a chance..but then again you never know.

Out of the GOP's running, we can argue night and day who is better...Cain vs. Romney pretty much.  I think most of us agree that Gingrich is a cruel person.  Perry we can debate all day long if he is someone we would prefer if he had a realistic chance.  However, I think he has made way too many mistakes debating.

Cain worries me the most between him and Romney.  He isn't very presidential and hard to take seriously since he knows nothing about foreign policy and history for that matter.  We can't have a leader who is ignorant about history.  I'm fairly convinced that the only way our economy and country will improve is if our new leader will bless Israel...if so, everything else good will follow.

Romney seemed very pro-israel in his debate tonight.

He said he would visit Israel.  That is not pro Israel in my book.  Whenever, Americans want to get involved in Israel it is to get Israel to make suicidal concessions.  The best thing an American President could say is that Israel is a sovereign nation with its own government and we will respect that while doing what we can for our own nation.
We all need to pray for Barack Obama, may the Lord provide him a safe move back to Chicago in January 2,013.

I have a feeling Romney is going to go with bachmann for his VP.  Look at the way he looks at her in the debates when she is giving answers.  He always has this sparkle in his eye like he really likes her and likes what she's saying.  I don't see him look at any of the other candidates that way when they are answering.   Just a hunch I have.

If he gets the nomination, hopefully he does.

The problem is how far the nation has moved to the left, in both parties. Policies that would have been considered far-left even just ten years ago like fag "marriage", arresting people for desecrating the Koran, tuition for illegal alien students, and graphic sex ed for early elementary students are now tolerated by most voters. I am sure "reparations" for schvartzes isn't far behind.

Voters simply fear the bogeyman of the "far right", such as Michele Bachmann, over the reality of the extreme left, such as the head negro in charge of our country. Voters might not truly like Obama but they are terrified at the notion of the so-called "religious right" taking away their ability to screw whoever they want to (or whatever they want to), murder their children at will, not look at porn, etc. (not that any Republican leader will actually be able to do those things, but I digress). And more than anything else in the whole wide world, they are scared to death at the (appearance of) being "racists".

So... long story short is that a Romney-like candidate might be the best we can possibly get these days. Conservative candidates really poll horribly with under-40 voters these days--even registered Republicans. This is why Huckabee lost states he should have handily taken in 2008 such as South Carolina, and likely would have in 2004 had Bush not been the incumbent.

I think that politicians have moved to the left, no question.  However, people havent.  The percentage that are against 2nd and 3rd term abortions is at an all tiime high.  And there are actually more pro lifers than pro Choicers now.

Also, People who consider themselves conservative is now DOUBLE the percentage of people who consider themselves Liberal.

Also, Americans who support Israel and condemn Islam is also at near highs.

Unfortunately, as we become more socialist... more people depend on the government which causes leftward movement... but in most other areas people are not more leftist.

THe COUNTRY ISNT more leftist... THE POLITICIANS ARE!!!!!     This is because of Political Correct Paralysis, and nothing more.

Who knows as per the logic of his looks of getting logically and intellectually impressed, now Romney shall rather endorse Bachmann!

I'd like to know where you get your information. Every poll I've seen shows the exact opposite. Support for abortion, fag "marriage" and amnesty are at all-time highs. Obama is not a popular president because he has done nothing for the economy but the American public is still hesitant to oppose him because of how much they hate the "religious right".

You are right with your taste in music, but wrong with your assumption of the American public.

Here is from a brand new poll.
http://cnsnews.com/news/article/gallup-poll-conservatives-42-liberals-21

Also, if we look at this over time, we see conservatives were only 36% of the population in 1992, now they are at an all time high!!!!!!!! 42% Thats a 6% switch in a 20 year period. THATS SIGNIFICANT!!!

also, in May 15th, 2009, for the first time in the history of polls, Gallup showed more people pro life than pro-choice.  Now its reversed, but the trend is still obvious.

People dont trust conservatives because they blame conservatives for the economy, not because people are liberal.  Ive seen poll after poll showing that people still blame bush for Obama's economy.  Its absurd, but people beleive what CNN tells them.

VERY few people are liberal.  Yes, here in California and NY there are many... but in the rest of the country THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!

The very definition of "conservative" has changed to the point of meaningless now. Nowadays quite a few "conservatives" support same-sex "marriage". Here is one recent poll from Gallup:

Here is where I disagree.  Yes, I understand that people are shifting on marriage which is a bad sign and ive seen that shift from both parties.

However, abortion is infinitely more important to me as a social conservative, since nothing is more sacred than life itself and nothing is more evil than killing the innocent with no voice.  Over the last few decades we have seen the ultra left dictate to the masses that killing an unborn is some sort of progressive power of choice for the modern woman.  To see this shift is promising shows that there is a change of heart.

Janet Napolitano stated that one of the criteria of a domestic terrorist is being pro-life.  So this tells me something....   The politicians and the media are still denying that half of the population is pro-life.  The institutions and the media are doing EVERYTHING they can to label pro-lifers as a wacko fringe group, and IN SPITE OF THAT, we are still half of America.

Once they accept the same sex marriages, the very origin of the life gets destroyed. Then the question of abortion does not arises and it comes next only to others.
