All this recent talk of the Miss Israel in Maxim (an ad campaign, by the way, that albeit stupid and debasing to Israel, did not personally offend me at all) led me to create this thread and poll about the magazine in general.

I personally say it is option #2. It's a cheap attempt to copy Hefner's piece de resistance. Now, I do consider Playboy to be every bit as vile as any of the harder-core filth that is out there, but at least (culturally speaking, considering that our culture has long been hopelessly debased) it did offer something different when it was released. Not so with Maxim. It's a very, very late effort, and a very transparent one, to steal some of Hugh's moronic audience.

And no, ogling finger-poke bulimia girls with fake t***ies that have been airbrushed into oblivion every day for hours doesn't make you a macho man. It makes you a brain-dead loser with no hobbies and no future.

A consulate is like an embassy but it is more local. Israel has many consulates throughout The United States. I got my Israeli passport at the one in Philadelphia.

I'm confused.  Anytime people travel legally to another country, they need a specific passport?

A consulate is like an embassy but it is more local. Israel has many consulates throughout The United States. I got my Israeli passport at the one in Philadelphia.

Nope, just a Visa but if you have direct links you can apply for citezinship in a country.
