Talmud in Yevamot 44a mentions that it is not good for a man to marry more than four wives because, otherwise, his obligation of onah would be reduced. It is confirmed by Shulkhan Aruch. Technically, it is not ideal to marry more than one wife at all (unless some serious causes such as Yibbum, infertility, or insanity), and Torah actually discourages polygamy.
Anyway, why do you support polygamy so fanatically? It's one thing to argue whether it's permitted or not, but you often try to encourage it. You do know that most polygamous marriages described in Torah led to disastrous consequences, right? There is no "go ahead and marry more wives" sentiment presented in Torah. It's just tolerated but not sanctioned.
