Actually, I think it is kosher.  Well, I guess it depends on the source of the liver.  I, on the other hand, wouldn't eat any liver, kosher or not.  I remember that thing from biology class about it being the body's toilet filter.  Not too appetizing.  Then again, I'm not a very adventerous eater.

I don't know who the smartest is, but I think we gotta lot of decent people on here, Zev really stands out though.  I have a feeling if you sent Zev a check, and then wanted it back, he would return every cent of it.
