What do you think of Ron Paul?
« on: May 12, 2007, 11:49:16 PM »
Hey, folks, remember me? What do you think of Ron Paul? I like him because he is a libertarian, which I am, and is against foreign entanglements abroad.

He's a Constitutionalist, which makes him appear as an anachronism in the Washington, D.C. of 2007.

I used to like him quite a bit, but lately he's expressed views which appear to place him in the "unfriendly to Jews" category.

Considering the fact that there are no Democrat candidates friendly to Jews, I'd rather Ron Paul become the President than have Clinton or Obama in power.

Do neither of you listen to Chaim? Ron Paul is a NAZI who is an ally of every Islamic genocidocracy in existence (especially Hezbollah and Syria) and blames all of America's troubles on a "Likud conspiracy". Don't forget he also supports homosexuals and wants to legalize drugs.

I actually don't listen to online radio, and I don't have access to TV or Chaim's station on the broadcast.

A Nazi wears a swastika, calls for ethnically cleansing Jews, denies the Holocaust and praises Hitler. Paul hasn't done any of that.

He believes in neutrality, not picking sides, which is good for Israel.

He only mentioned Likud once.

And one more point, Paul is a paleolibertarian. They are traditionalists and would not support abortion or homosexuality but believe it is a state issue. The stereotypical libertarian who is on weed is more of the liberal variety.

I think Paul is similar to Buchanan except Paul doesn't categorize himself as a "paleo-conservative."

Neutrality would probably be good except for the fact that it isn't an option as long as Iran is continuing its nuclear weapons program.  Iran is farther along than Iraq ever was.  I think Don Rumsfeld knew this  (Rumsfeld Commission from 1998) so I'm not sure why he wanted to invade Iraq.

He is far from neutral. He blames all that is wrong in the Middle East on Israel.

I actually agree with Buchanan on many fronts, but certainly not on everything.
Paul is better. For example, Buchanan feels all immigration is bad, whereas Paul is against only illegal immigration and immigrants who can't assimilate.
Buchanan is against all free trade, whereas Paul is against international bodies  but is for unilateral free trade.
Buchanan has had an animus against Israel since the Iraq war or even since 9/11, whereas I have found Paul not blaming every Mideast problem on Israel and advocating neutrality.

I think Buchanan always disliked Israel.

Duncan Hunter is a better candidate than Paul.

For your information, anyone who wants the Arab Muslim Nazis to succeed in destroying Israel IS a Nazi.

The Nazi Ron Paul has blamed all of America's problems on the "neo-cons" whom he identifies as being associated with Israel's Likud party. Only a filthy Nazi pig would write something so absurd. The neo-cons are ANTI-ISRAEL - they support the Jew-hating Bush "road map" which calls upon the tiny Jewish state to surrender EVERYTHING including Jerusalem, and then to surrender Israel's very sovereignty to the "Quartet".

But the Nazi pig Ron Paul claims that the neo-cons are all part of a Jewish conspiracy linked to the Likud party.

Fortunately, this weird-looking and weird-sounding piece of Nazi garbage will only get a handful of votes. Both he and his Nazi supporters will have a very warm place in the fires of hell together with all other enemies of G-d's Chosen People.

Hunter isn't that great. He is too worried about evil immigrants and "trade deficits" with the far east, so he will impose super high tariffs. But he is more pro-Israel.
Read Buchanan's books and columns from before the Gulf War and during the Cold War. He was very pro-Israel then.

Can you show me where he said the only part about being a neocon is indentifying with Likud or that all the world's problems are blamed on them? Also, when did he want Israel to be destroyed?

I agree.  I think there is so much of a need for a Constitutionalist to reverse the past 60+ years of Constituational attacks and Federal Expansion.  I agree with Massuah.  It was the constitution and free enterprise capitalism that allowed America to become the nation that it is....also based on Torah teachings....which socialism has largely distroyed.

I heard Blumberg will be running to split the Republican vote to ensure that nazi slut Clinton will be President.  What a fraud.  I'm sorry but I will not lose a second of sleep of some righteous gentile sends them all to meet Arafat, Mohammed, Hitler and Stalin with Allah.....treasonous bastards.

How can someone be a "Christian Zionist" and vote for this Nazi?

This, and some of you, are making me sick--still supporting this monster even after Jimmy personally intervened in this thread to state what he believes in.

I've just read what Jimmy wrote but the fact is what is the difference between a Clinton or a Paul under the same situation.  Jimmy states he is a Nazi, so is Clinton.  Bush is not at all better.  The fact that Likud are political whores and too Globalists like the Kadima and Labor..  To tell you the truth there isn't much difference.  From what I read, Ron Paul is a Constitutionalist and a Constitutionalist is GOOD for America.  America has, for far too long, entered into and provided funding for those wishing to push Internatioanlism: Globalism: NWO agenda since the days of Woodrow Wilson.  America must get out of all of this internationalist garbage, end their foreign aid, close their borders and start the mass deportations of illegals and criminal vermin.

I don't know how Jimmy arrived at Ron Paul being a Nazi but I do know that Hillary Cliton is much closer to a Leftist Stalin than Paul would be.  You Americans are in for one hell of a corrupted choice.  To me it is very blatant that it is passed the process of a vote as both candidates would, 60 years ago, have been tried for treason....

MarZutra, you are failing to see the forest for the trees. To Paul, "Likud" is a Nazi codeword for Israel the same way "banker" or "insider" is a codeword for Jew. Of course he isn't gonna outright say Jews or Israel are behind America's problems, so he uses a more clinical-sounding term that many people won't bother to look up the meaning of.

Regarding foreign policy, Ron Paul is essentially a non-interventionist. He refers to the thinking of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson that America should avoid foreign entanglements. He opposed the war in Kosovo and the war in Iraq.

Likewise, he calls the Middle East a pathological mess, an irrational inferno on which America has poured gasoline by hypocritically supporting both sides. He quotes what Ronald Reagan wrote to this effect, after the slaughter of hundreds of U.S. Marines in the Beirut suicide bombing. (Paul opposed sending them there.)

But Ron Paul is indeed an Israel-hater. He buys into the false concepts of "P_a_l_e_s_t_i_n_e" and the "West Bank", and he called the recent war in Lebanon "Israeli aggression", and was one of only eight U.S. representatives, out of over 400, to oppose a House resolution giving tacit approval to attacks on Syria and Iran.

He has also called  Israel's 1980s rescue mission in southern Lebanon "occupation", and Israeli military action against the Arab Muslim terrorists of Gaza "aggression".

Ok, so what you both are saying that there really is no choice because the Clintons are the same and have even has Bill's anti-Israel policies on record.  Perhaps Paul is what Israel needs.  Perhaps then the Jewish anti-Jews will finally clue in that they are and will always be Jews so they might as well support Israel as our "Jewish" organizations do not do.  Perhaps Paul will cut off Israel from her foreign aid.  Perhaps a Paul will make Jews clue in and make alyiah to have a real Jewish government and if the ARabs attack again, Israel will have a green light to finally finnish the job if Paul doesn't want foreign entanglements.

There are no good here than.  Clinton Nazi vs Paul Nazi...who is better for America because both are horrible for Jews and Israel.

Paul Nazi would be a non-factor (and he actually already is) if the right would support Duncan Hunter, the REAL non-interventionist (and lover of Israel and our border).

Nazi Paul would send our soldiers into battle on the side of Syria and Iran. Do you really want that?

I don't know if he'd do that.  Perhaps another 911 would wake him up.  From what I read on him, he was a Constitutionalist which is not actually bad but quite good.  I was unaware of all of this you are stating now...but I still see no difference between what he'd do to what Clinton would do.  The only difference I see is that this Ron Paul fellow would have the testicles to confront his antisemitism while the Clintons would do it subvertly while voicing one position and doing the opposite.  Now Duncan Hunter I hear it was good.

In the end there really is no choice because it is so corrupted now.  Liberal Globalists vs Socialist Globalists....  damned if you do and damned if you don't...  this is what I see.  The fact that Blumberg is running to split the Republican vote to ensure Hillary Clinton (with a horrible rating) to win to me displays a obscene level of corruption...
