A new report sheds light on over 40,000 illegal immigrants receiving green cards through an immigration loophole associated with the DACA program.

The latest data released Monday from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services revealed illegal immigrants used ‘”advanced parole” under DACA to become eligible to apply for citizenship.

Officials say the loophole allowed illegals to leave the U.S. only to immediately re-enter the country as legal immigrants.
