A "German-Iranian Teachers' Conference" is scheduled to take place November 16 - 19 in Berlin. The Iranian ambassador to Germany, Alireza Sheikh Attar, is supposed to open the conference. Further, the organizers announced the participation of representatives of the German Foreign Ministry and Berlin’s Senate Office (Senatsverwaltung).The Iranian embassy is involved in the intimidation and spying on Iranian opposition figures in Germany. Attar is not only the external propagandist of the Iranian rulers, who threaten Israel with extermination, but as a former governor of the Kurdish-Iranian provinces he is also directly responsible for the crimes of the Iranian regime. Moreover, according to Iranian opposition representatives, he administers the shopping list of Iran’s secret service for the purchase of German material needed for the Iranian nuclear program.If this event is going to take place as scheduled, protests against the participation of Attar will be staged in front of the Königin-Luise-Stiftung (address: Berlin, Podbielskiallee) on November 16.
