Obama IRS tyrant Lois Lerner floats new ridiculous excuse for secrecy.

In May 2013, Obama IRS tyrant Lois Lerner openly admitted using the powerful agency to target the Tea Party and other conservative groups in order to help Obama in the 2012 election.

After the public admission, Obama infamously promised that there was not even a “smidgen” of corruption at the IRS, as Lois Lerner — more than once — pleaded the Fifth Amendment against the American people to conceal her crimes.

Lois Lerner thus far has escaped prosecution as the sham investigation into Lerner’s schemes, likely directed by Obama himself, were entirely politicized as disgraced leftist former Obama AG Eric Holder, the only attorney general in American history to be held in contempt of Congress in a bipartisan vote (for his lies in the Fast and Furious scandal) appointed an Obama donor to “investigate” the unconstitutional IRS targeting.

With a new Republican president and Attorney General Jeff Sessions in charge at the Department of Justice, and new calls for Lerner and her comrades to receive justice, Lerner and her team of attorneys have been thinking of new ways to avoid prosecution.

The latest is that the American people have no right to know the truth because of “death threats” she and one of her associates in crime, Holly Paz, have allegedly received.

Details about tea party bias claims against the IRS could remain secret because current and former agency officials say their lives are in danger if they publicly testify about the case.

Lois Lerner and Holly Paz both have argued in recent court filings that the threat to their lives outweighs the public’s right to hear their testimony about how IRS employees in Cincinnati and Washington, D.C., handled applications for tax-exempt status from tea party groups.

In May 2013, it was revealed that from April 2010 to April 2012, the Obama Internal Revenue Service had stopped processing applications for tax-exempt status from hundreds of organizations with names such as “Tea Party,” “Patriots,” or “9/12” in their names.

During that period, the IRS approved only four applications from conservative groups while giving their stamp of approval to several dozen or organizations with names that included the leftist code words “Progressive,” “Progress,” “Liberal,” or “Equality.”

In February 2014, it was uncovered that of the existing nonprofits that were targeted for IRS surveillance, 83% were conservative. Amazingly, of the groups that the Obama IRS selected for audit, 100% were conservative.

In other words, there was more than just a little “smidgen” of corruption going on, it was intentional, and no one has been punished.
