SAD! Trump Declares War Against Conservatives; Conservatives Respond

Republican President Donald Trump declared a political jihad on Thursday morning against the principled constitutional conservatives who opposed RINO Paul Ryan’s failed health care scheme that was deceptively purported to repeal Obamacare but didn’t — keeping Obamacare’s infrastructure in place and many of the free market-killing regulations, mandates and subsidies that caused health care insurance premiums and deductibles to unnecessarily skyrocket the past seven years.

Rather than take responsibility for getting duped by Paul Ryan, RINO John Boehner’s hand-picked successor into supporting a bill that could not pass — a bill that only had a minuscule 17 percent approval from the American people — Trump threatened the House Freedom Caucus [which is the Tea Party] — saying that “we must fight them” and the Democrats in the 2018 elections.

Setting aside the unfortunate consequence of replacing principled constitutional conservatives with RINOs (Republicans in Name Only), in the House — it would mean Democrats have no opposition since the only people left would be establishment squishes who more than often vote with Democrats, the same “Republicans” who have continually funded Obamacare, President Trump this week said that he wanted to make a “deal” on health care with Democrats — the same Democrats who gave us Obamacare.

Similarly, longtime Trump friend and FOX News correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera told Bill O’Reilly on Wednesday that the Freedom Caucus was guilty of “treason” and “treachery” for not supporting the bill dubbed Obamacare 2.0, RINOCARE, Obamacare Lite and Swampcare.

Congressman Justin Amash, a member of the Freedom Caucus responded to the president’s unwarranted attack, tweeting that rather than Donald Trump draining the swamp as he promised to repeatedly on the campaign trail, the swamp had drained him:

Following President Trump’s declaration war against those conservatives who keep their campaign promises, Freedom Caucus founding member Jim Jordan appeared on FOX with Shannon Bream, refusing to get into the mud with Trump but instead focusing on fully repealing Obamacare as every Republican — including the president — promised during the 2016 campaign.

“This bill keeps Washington the same, plain and simple. This bill doesn’t fully repeal Obamacare. This bill doesn’t lower premiums and probably most importantlythis bill doesn’t unite Republicans and the American people as evidenced by the fact that only 17 percent of the country supports this legislation.

So we appreciate the president — we’re trying to help the president but the fact is you can look at the legislation! And it doesn’t do what we told the voters we were going to do. That’s why only 17 percent of the population supports this legislation.”

Congressman Jordan said that he wasn’t going to get into the blame game for the failure to repeal Obamacare but is looking forward to keeping the promise of fully repealing Obamacare.
