As it is now 1:30 in the morning, I am not about to go into a full discourse about dieting. So all I will say right now is that one of the most effective ways of losing weight, aside from exercise and drinking a lot of water since I already wrote a lot about those things, is to avoid bad carbohydrates.
There are good carbs and bad carbs, which would take another one of my discourses to explain, but for now, all I will say is that the only really good carbs are raw berries, and raw vegetables. Well, okay, carrot juice and tomato juice are fine, too. But all other carbs are bad ones to be avoided.
Yes, that is a very strict standard, one that I myself am almost never able to follow, which helps explain why it looks like I am carrying a beachball under my shirt.
